OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY  BARRED.

You, as a Content Creator making  use of the work posted on RuneForge.io, as in live streaming, recording  videos or any other form of content creation in a creative media, are  granted a Content Creator license where you are free to use any of the  products published and provided by RuneForge.io.

Part of the license entails that  proper credits shall be provided per the product used in the content  you make as a content creator. That means a direct "[Product Name] by  [Creator Name]" mention and a direct link to the product post where  people can access the post directly and download the product. 

Should there not be proper mentions of the creators who've made the  product you create content out of or any misuse of this license granting  you the creative freedom to use these works, the content creator  license will be revoked. You will be directly contacted by the RuneForge  management to take down any related material in breach.

You, as a Creator of  RuneForge.io, as in, having the feature of posting on RuneForge.io,  acknowledges and agrees upon registering an account and using  RuneForge.io “‘s” services that any posts or creations published on  RuneForge.io by you is of your own creation and or have received  explicit permission to post said content on RuneForge.io.

You as a Creator publishing hold sole responsibility for anything that you post on RuneForge.io.

For any posts or content  published by you is not the responsibility of RuneForge.io. That said,  RuneForge.io in case of a dispute, or when finding issue with your  posted content, holds full power and right to remove content published  by you which causes the dispute.

Except as provided herein, the  failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation  under this Agreement shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such  right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the  waiver of a breach constitute waiver of any subsequent breach.

No failure to exercise, and no  delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power  under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power.  Nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power under  this Agreement preclude further exercise of that or any other right  granted herein. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury. The dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, as necessary to protect the party’s rights or property pending the completion of arbitration.
