SAS Operator Zeri

This mod replaces Zeri’s model with the SAS operator from CS2 and modifies sound effects to give the Counter-Strike feel. Along with the model and sound effects change there is a VO mod that changes all of Zeri’s voice lines which is currently only available for EN_US.
